You can reset your email address by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Email Address Reset Form, enter your registered email address and password, then submit the form.
2. A verification code for resetting your email address will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Open the email (subject: Verify your account) and enter the verification code along with your new email address in the form.
4. You will then be able to reset your email address.

※ The verification email will only be sent to your currently registered email address.

If you are not receiving the email, please check the following:

• Make sure the email address you entered is correct.
• Confirm that emails from [no-reply@sanrio-digital-id.com] are not being blocked.
• Check if the email was sent to your spam or junk mail folder.
